- All products are offered subject to availability.
- We reserve the right to change or discontinue any product, price, or service without prior notice.
3. Orders & Payment
- Once your order is placed, you will receive an email or WhatsApp confirmation.
- We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Bank Transfer (on request)
- Credit/Debit Card (coming soon or if integrated)
- Orders will only be dispatched after payment verification, unless COD is selected.
4. Shipping & Delivery (within Pakistan)
- Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
- Delivery is available across Pakistan.
- Shipping charges will be shown during checkout.
- In case of delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.
5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
- You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your product.
- No cash refunds. Refunds will be issued as store credit or bank reversal (depending on the payment method).
- Customized or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
